Rogue Dry Hopped St. Rogue Red

Reddish copper in color, a roasty malty flavor, with a hoppy-spruce finish.

Traquair House Ale

Perhaps the most distinctive Scottish ale on the market and with its rich dark oakiness, this is a serious winter ale. Fermented in Oak barrels.

Blue Mountain Dark Hollow

Dark Hollow blends the miracle of two crafts–brewing and distillation–to create a work greater than the sum of its parts. An Imperial Stout has been aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels still dripping with uncut whiskey. For 100 days the young beer patiently breathes in and out of the wood, gaining complexity, character, and serious attitude. Can be enjoyed immediately, or five years later, when you dust off the last vintage bottle from your cellar to share with good company.

Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest Fresh Hop IPA

The harvest season for hops is a painfully short window—that precious time when the hops are bursting with intense aromatics. Luckily for us, harvest comes twice a year: once in each hemisphere. Southern Hemisphere features fresh New Zealand hops that are picked, dried, and shipped to our brewery within seven days. The result is a complex beer that showcases the floral and herbal flavors and aromas of Southern Cross, Pacifica, and Motueka hops. Southern Hemisphere is part of our five-bottle Harvest series which features single hop, fresh hop, wet hop, and wild hop beers. With 67 IBUs.

Flying Dog Raging Bitch
Bitches come in a variety of forms, but there's never been something as sassy as Flying Dog's Raging Bitch Belgian IPA. An American IPA augmented with Belgian yeast, our 20th anniversary beer jumps out of the glass and nips at your taste buds with its delicate hop bitterness. At 8.3% ABV, this bitch is dangerously drinkable.

Salopian Entire Butt Porter

Salopian’s Entire Butt is a bold recreation a historical porter, which was blended from a variety of ales. The original English term for porter, “Entire Butt,” means essentially “the whole barrel.” This translates roughly into American English as “everything but the kitchen sink.” And this beer surely is that. It is made with 14 different malts and 3 hop varieties to achieve the effect of a blend of ales. Overkill? Perhaps, but it is hard to argue with the results.

Olivers The War of 1812 (Rule Britannia)

The War Of 1812 (Rule Britannia) IPA cask dry hopped with Bramling Cross is 5.4% abv, Malt grist Thos Fawcetts Maris Otter, crystal 45, and malted wheat. Bittering hopped with Target & First Gold, finishing hopped with Bramling Cross & Kent Golding, and dry hopped with Bramling Cross.
