A boldly flavored double red ale. Combining caramel malt for sweetness mixed with nice alcohol and plenty of dry and late kettle hop aromas from three killer American strains create a beer that is tough to compare.
 

Chief Bottle Washer
 
(4-19-13) This beer pours an amber color with a heavy amount of head. On tasting, it has a moderate amount of malt flavor pared with a nice hops taste. The hope also present a light bitterness. It seems to finish with a slight residual sweetness.

Middle East Beast
 
A great taste with a bit of bitterness, but this beast still likes it

I detected noted of vanilla that finished with a slight sweet flavor. The malt was apparent but not overpowering. (Tasted 4/19/13).
