Our Imperial Stout was aged for 9 months in bourbon barrels from three prominent Kentucky distilleries. The barrels were filled with this stout within 48 hours of being drained of bourbon, giving the beer its pronounced bourbon character. The beer pours jet black with an aroma of toffee, coffee, and dark chocolate. Irresistibly rich and flavorful.
