An ultra-mega-mondo red ale first made for our anniversary in 2006 to celebrate thirteen years of brewing ultra-mega-mondo ales. With 55 IBUs.

This was a very nice brew but a little to bitter for me. Folks whol enjoy a strong bitter IPA will be sure to enjoy this beer. Tasted 3/11/2011 Tasted 5/13/2016

Chief Bottle Washer
 
This beer has a very nice malt flavor with a mild, but noticeable hop taste. This beer also does have a little smokey flavor way back in the finish. Quite nice. Tasted again on 7/22/11 and still agree with my earlier assessment. Straw colored with a moderate head. Tasted again 5/13/16 and it maintains its rating.

A very nice mix of flavors that are easily detectible with a nice smooth finish. A bit heavier than other reds this one is bold and bountiful with all the atributes this drinker looks for in a red (Tasted 5/13/16).

light red color, nice bitter hoppiness, dry flavor and tasty! copper, filtered color, nice head, medium hoppiness with a good malt taste, not to strong an alcohol taste (5/13/16)
