Best of the best. One of my favorite beers.

Alaskan Smoked Porter

Excellent. Has a dark rich flavor with a great smoke flavor. Not too bitter. The body is just right and is not too heavy. One of my all time favorites.

Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA

The Ultimate IPA. Smooth, flavorful, and unique. Need I say more? Excellent. A classic for all time. (Tasted 4/13/18)

Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron

This a unique brew. It is quite heavy but the "earthy" flavor is quite perplexing but in a good way. The Palo Santo wood definately is evident and only adds to the earthy flavor that I detected. This may not be for everyone due to the high alcohol content. For the adventurous it may be just for you. (Re-tasted 11/7/14).

Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale 2008

A very nice seasonal ale. Nice hoppy burst of flavor.

Unibroue La Fin Du Monde

Really nice mix of flavors. Hints of citris and vanilla. Best of the bunch.

Youngs Double Chocolate Stout

Smooth and creamy consistancy. Nice chocolate flavor that is not to overpowering.

Stone Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale

Nice mix of flavors from smokey to hoppy. Slightly dry aftertaste. Rich amber color.

21st Amendment Monk's Blood

A good word to use on this beer is "complex" With the ingredients used in this one it is a pleasure sipping as challenging yourself to detect the different flavors. It is sweet and high in alcohol content but a pleasure to drink. As one who likes sweet and multiple flavors in a beer this one is a winner.

Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA

Really nice IPA. Balanced hop flavor with carmel overtoness.
