Description:

A classic American-style India Pale Ale, Northern Lights weighs in at 52 IBUs and 6.5% ABV. Characterized by its full-flavored bitterness and poignant citrus-floral aroma, a perfect blend of barley and hops make this a very balanced IPA. For the craftbrew connoisseur, Northern Lights is a deliciously crafted piece of the heavens.

Agent Dave

This one was well balanced and refreshing. It was not too heavy in any respect. (Tasted 6/15/12)

2012 06 15. American IPAs are not my style of beer.

Herr O. Gant Basturd

nice medium bitterness, hint of citrus

Siren of Suds

Eh! A hoppy-piney taste. Generally, I like a pine smell, but I prefer not to taste pine.

nice!!!!!!!!!!!

nice!!!!!!!!!!!

Chief Bottle Washer

A pretty decent IPA. Didn't notice overt spice or sweetness. 6/15/12 - Re-tasted and the straw colored beer with a moderate to strong head seemed better. It has a light malt flavor with pretty strong hops bitterness.

Supply Sergeant

Much More IPA than Winter Ale. This beer was initially tasted as a winter ale. Nice golden color. Tasted 6/15/2012

cascadin' dave
