nice strong flavor, good medium bitterness

Fruity hop character.
Chief Bottle Washer
This beer has a medium malt flavor and a nice hops taste. Comes off slightly on the citrus side, but seems on the more flavorful side compared to other Maibock/Helles Bock beers. 3/30/12 - On a second tasting, this straw colored beer has a moderate to strong amount of head. The malt flavor seemed a little lighter this time around and I noticed a slight residual sweetness.

Hoppy flavor on the lighter side. Smooth and not too overpowering.

This was a nice beer. Light golden in color. Hoppy and sweet. Not one of my favorites. This was a little sweet. Tasted 2/25/2011 Tasted 3/30/2012
