11/7/14 - This beer pours an amber color with a light amount of head. On tasting, it has a moderate malt flavor with a strong hops taste that presents a moderately strong bitterness. There are also undertones of wood flavor and a noticeable alcohol taste. It finishes with a slight residual sweetness.
